1. Data Collection
theqt.in collects essential operational and customer session data strictly required to process table check-ins, order tickets, and service calls. We integrate secure database pooling and auth mechanisms, storing name and contact email information necessary to support active session routing.
2. Geolocation & Privacy Safeguards
We do not track, query, or store device GPS coordinates. Table check-ins are triggered exclusively via physical table QR codes within the restaurant premises. theqt.in will never sell, lease, or distribute diner information or restaurant operational metrics to third-party data brokers.
3. Push Notifications & Session Tokens
Device FCM tokens and session state tokens are used exclusively to dispatch real-time status updates (such as table check-in approvals or order completion status) to diners and kitchen staff.
4. Payment Processing Architecture
Customer food order payments are processed directly via the restaurant owner's personal Razorpay account credentials. theqt.in SaaS subscription fees are billed via active gateway integrations (Razorpay / Cashfree). theqt.in never stores credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
