1. Restaurant Registration & Compliance

By creating a restaurant tenant account on theqt.in, restaurant owners certify that their operational details, menu pricing, food descriptions, and staff roster allocations strictly comply with local food authority and labor regulations.

2. Staff Roster Limits

Maximum active staff roster thresholds (default 15 staff members) are enforced programmatically. Attempts to circumvent account limits or manipulate multi-tenant database boundary checks will lead to immediate account review.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All uploaded digital assets—including restaurant logos, food photography, custom brand colors, and sound configuration choices—remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective restaurant tenant.

4. Customer Food Order Collections

Diner online food order payments process directly using the restaurant owner's personal Razorpay account credentials. theqt.in takes 0% commission cut on customer food transactions. All food quality, order fulfillments, and customer bill settlements remain the direct operational responsibility of the restaurant.

5. SaaS Subscriptions

theqt.in software access is provided via SaaS subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, 60 Days). Subscriptions are billed in advance via Razorpay or Cashfree Payments. When subscription periods expire, active staff panel logins will pause until renewed, while digital menus continue displaying in view-only mode.
